Administrative Specialists for Morodok Baitang Activity

The USAID-funded Morodok Baitang Activity in Cambodia, implemented by Tetra Tech International Development is currently accepting expressions of interest for qualified candidates to fill various positions Administrative positions.

 

Morodok Baitang will work with natural resource-dependent communities, the private sector, civil society, and other development partners to mitigate climate change, enhance biodiversity, increase economic development, and strengthen natural resource governance. In addition, Morodok Baitang will leverage private sector partnerships with communities to support conservation, promote climate-sensitive development, and enhance economic opportunities for communities whose livelihoods depend on forests.

 

Tetra Tech seeks experienced candidates for the following positions noting that all positions require fluency in Khmer, professional proficiency in English, and computer literacy:

 

The Finance Manager sets up and manages all accounting/financial control systems, bank accounts and cash; conducts bookkeeping; prepares financial reports; manages payroll.

Minimum qualifications:
*University degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or other relevant discipline
*Minimum of 6 years’ experience in accounting or equivalent position
*Experience supervising staff and working in a similar position for an international organization with a strong preference for USAID
*Knowledge of QuickBooks is required 


The Human Resources Specialist coordinates with Activity leadership to determine staffing needs and leads competitive and compliant recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes for all staff (long-term and consultants/STTA. Responsible for maintenance of all personnel files and supports the administration of fringe benefits.

Minimum qualifications:
*University degree in relevant field
*Minimum of 4 years’ experience in office and human resource management with an international organization


The Administrative Specialist serves as the office manager and is responsible for all day-to-day administrative process and local procurement. Establishes and maintains effective information management including files, hardware, software, and technical support.

Minimum qualifications:
*University degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or other relevant discipline preferred
*Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an equivalent position providing administrative and management systems support to NGO or international donor-funded projects


The Office Assistant provides support to the Office Manager to ensure all office-related administrative needs are met

Minimum qualifications:
*Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or other relevant discipline.
*Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an equivalent position providing administrative support


The Finance Officer provides support related to bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, travel and per diem, and financial record keeping.

Minimum qualifications:
*University degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or other relevant discipline
*Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting or equivalent position
*Experience working in a similar position for an international organization is preferred
*Knowledge of QuickBooks is required
