Grants and Finance Manager
Tetra Tech International Development Services headquartered in Arlington, VA is currently accepting expressions of interest from qualified candidates for a potential Grants and Finance Manager position on a U.S. Department of State-funded project in Myanmar.
The purpose of this project is to strengthen democratic processes and human rights in Myanmar by supporting constitutional and legislative reform, working closely with local civil society actors to undertake research, analysis, and advocacy. This is a long-term position and the project will be based in Yangon. Myanmar nationals are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for managing the grants program and monitoring of grantees
* Monitor and coordinate with grantees on issues of compliance and reporting.
* Liaise between the project and grantees to build capacity on grants management systems.
Qualifications:
* At least 4 years of experience in nonprofit and/or donor-funded program grants management.
* Knowledge of USG regulations and contracting procedures.
* Demonstrated ability to manage full cycle of grants awards.
* Spoken and written fluency in English required.
* Myanmar nationals strongly encouraged to apply.
