Tetra Tech ARD, headquartered in Burlington, Vermont is currently accepting applications from qualified Project Support Staff Specialists for an anticipated USAID-funded program in Zambia. Positions will be full time and based in Zambia. Zambians are encouraged to apply.

Support Staff Specialist Areas for which qualified candidates are sought include:

• Grants and Contracts Management
• Finance and Administration
• Accounting
• Office Management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution ; Master’s Degree preferred;
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in area of technical expertise; 5-7 years for senior level positions;
• Experience working on international donor funded technical assistance programs required; USAID experience preferred;
• Professional experience in Zambia is required;
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Excellent planning, management and organizational skills; demonstrated capacity to quickly assess priorities and opportunities and manage a variety of activities with sufficient attention to detail;
• Excellent writing skills in English;
• Strong MS Office skills, including Excel;
• Fluency in English is required.
