Tetra Tech International Development Services, headquartered in Arlington, VA is currently accepting expressions of interest from qualified candidates for potential Cross-Cutting Specialist Positions on a U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID)-funded project in Ukraine. The goal of this project is to continue USG support to the Government of Ukraine in implementing a more decentralized, transparent, and community-focused governance model. This Activity will strengthen and deepen democratic governance reforms and institution-building in Ukraine and ensure that more decisions and policies are being set at the local level, with more resources flowing from the central government down to local communities.

The Cross-Cutting Specialists will provide technical and management support to activities within their field of expertise to achieve project outcomes. Positions may be for long-term project staff or opportunities for short-term technical assignments, and may be based in Kyiv, Ukraine or other project cities as determined by project needs.

Tetra Tech seeks candidates with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

*Training and Capacity Building

*Monitoring and Evaluation

*Procurement and Grants Management

*Behavior Change Communications

Qualifications:

*Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (Master’s preferred);

*Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant professional experience;

*Demonstrated expertise in analytical, writing, and training skills;

*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as cultural and political sensitivity;

*Professional written and spoken proficiency in English, and Ukrainian and/or Russian is strongly preferred;
