Responsibilities:
Working in collaboration with other technical staff and consultants, Senior Technical Specialists will be responsible for:
*Providing leadership to specific program activities;
*The timely provision and delivery of quality technical deliverables, and technical expertise to support project implementation;
*Support program and activity design and implementation of activities to increase the employability and inclusion of targeted populations in the labor force.

We are seeking candidates with expertise in workforce development for women and youth, in both agricultural and non-agricultural sectors. Experience in East Africa, Europe, and Latin America would be highly desirable.
