Senior Change Management Coach

Tetra Tech International Development Services, headquartered in Arlington, VA is recruiting a Senior Change Management Coach for a USAID-funded project.

The Change Management Coach will play a critical role in coaching senior managers within utility companies from developing countries to implement gender equitable policies and practices across the employee life cycle within their utilities.



Responsibilities include:

-Responsible for providing technical expertise and support to the utility partners, (both those who have graduated from a 12 month virtual gender equity executive leadership- GEELP- program run through Georgetown University and those currently enrolled in the course).

-Technical assistance includes:

-Guidance on the implementation of gender equitable policies and practices

-Comprehension of course materials and learning objectives

-Capacity building

-Support with selection and development of GEELP capstone project and guidance for design and implementation of gender equitable interventions.

-May be called to design and deliver GEELP course modules were appropriate.

-Assist the utility partners in collecting and analyzing data to monitor and evaluate effectiveness of the interventions, as well as track outcomes on the business case, gender equity, and women’s empowerment.

-Combine virtual and in-person support to partner utilities to support the implementation of gender equity best practices and approaches taught in the executive leadership course



Qualifications:

-At least 10 years of direct experience working as a a change management coach, executive leadership coach, and/or working with private sector companies to improve HR practices and corporate culture change specific to gender equity.

-Minimum of a master’s degree in human resources, gender studies, energy, or related field.

-Experience working on gender equity within change management/ executive leadership work, working with the power sector, and/or in developing country contexts strongly preferred.

-Must have experience working in HR-related fields such as recruitment, training, mentorship, HR policies and risk assessment, inclusive workplaces, and corporate culture change.

-Experience working on similar USAID programs is strongly preferred.
