Land Tenure and Property Rights – STARR II Specialists

Tetra Tech ARD is accepting expressions of interest from qualified candidates for several potential technical positions under the STARR II IDIQ, a USAID funded program.



Technical areas include:

Land Tenure

Securing Resource Rights and Improving Resource Governance in Rural or/and Urban areas

Participatory Land and Resource Planning

Capacity building of government entities managing land

Capacity building of civil society organizations to advocate for land rights

Land Law and Policy

Responsible land-based Investment

Post-Conflict/Post-Disaster Land Tenure

Climate Change Land Tenure

Land Rights and Access for Women and Disadvantage groups



Qualifications:

* At least a Bachelor’s degree in a related field;

* A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience;

* Demonstrated professional experience on donor-funded programs; and

* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
