Tetra Tech International Development is currently accepting expressions of interest from qualified Technical Specialist candidates for an anticipated USAID-funded Municipal Service and Economic Development (MSED) Activity in Jordan. The goal of this project is to strengthen municipal-sector service delivery and promote local economic development in Jordan.
The Technical Specialists will provide technical and management support to activities within their field of expertise to achieve project outcomes. Positions may be for long-term project staff or opportunities for short-term technical assignments, and may be based in Amman, Jordan or other cities in Jordan as determined by project needs.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will demonstrate effective and proven experience on programs of similar size and complexity in Jordan. Additionally, she/he should possess:
*Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (Master’s preferred);
*Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant professional experience;
*Demonstrated expertise in analytical, writing, and training skills;
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as cultural and political sensitivity;
*Professional proficiency in Arabic required, and in English desired.
