Tetra Tech International Development Services headquartered in Arlington, VA is currently accepting expressions of interest from qualified candidates for potential positions on an upcoming MCC-funded Transparent and Accountable Governance program in Kosovo.
The purpose of this activity is to support the implementation of a case management system to make judicial information publicly available. The goal is to develop a platform that will extend the interoperability of the Case Management Information System (CMIS) with the Kosovo Judicial Council (KJC) and the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC) web portals, the Kosovo Cadastral Agency (KCA), and other state agencies, as well as publish specific statistics to increase public access and institutional accountability. These are long-term positions and will be located in Kosovo.
Responsibilities:
* Will depend upon the specific position requirements.
Qualifications:
* Significant, demonstrated experience in at least one of the following positions:
o Legal Specialist with experience in criminal law, civil law, and administrative law
o Business Process Analyst with previous experience in the development of court business analysis
o CMIS Specialist
o Case Tracking System Specialist
o Court Data Research Specialist with experience in data research and analysis, court statistics, and monitoring and evaluation
o Training Specialist
* Advanced educational background
* Demonstrated proactive approach, positive teamwork, and excellent technical and analytical skills
* Fluency in English
