Tetra Tech International Development Services headquartered in Arlington, VA is recruiting for a Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Specialist in our Bangkok, Thailand office. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities include:
· Monitor project activities, and progress towards achieving the project output and outcomes
- Perform analysis of and recommend further improvement of the results framework
- Monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results
- Report weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual progress on all project activities
- Provide inputs, information and data for quarterly, annual and other reports to the project’s management, USAID and others as requested
- Participate in annual project reviews and planning workshops and assist COP in preparing relevant reports
- Support monitoring and evaluation of the effects and impact of the project
- Assist in coordinating across the available components of the Project to ensure effective implementation of M&E
- Assist the project personnel with M&E tools and in supporting them in their use
- Maintain an M&E Issues Log for the project
- Maintain the M&E data stored in various project database
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree preferably in statistics, mathematics, economics, development studies, business, public administration and/or other related social science field
· At least 2 years of experience in the implementation of M&E for USAID projects
· Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis and preparation of reports
· Experience working on USAID or other international development programs a plus
· Fluency in English is required with strong oral and written presentation skills
