Chief of Party and Technical Specialists, Cambodia: Environmental Outreach Activity

Tetra Tech International Development Services headquartered in Arlington, VA is currently accepting expressions of interest from qualified Chief of Party (COP) candidates and technical specialists for the upcoming USAID funded Environment Outreach Activity.

 

The purpose of this project is to strengthen evidence-based natural resource management and biodiversity conservation and empower Cambodian citizens and civil society to engage in the protection of Cambodia’s unique biodiversity and critical forest ecosystems.

 

Areas of Expertise:

* Advocacy

* Communications

* Environmental Outreach and Education

* Civil Society Strengthening

* Youth Engagement

* Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC)

 

Qualifications:

* University degree in communications, marketing, journalism, environmental studies or related discipline;

* Minimum of 8 years of experience within a field related to advocacy, communications, conservation, biodiversity and/or environmental governance;

* Familiarity with or training in Behavior Change Communications strategies;

* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, including government officials, project staff and/or donor agencies;

* A Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required. Master’s degree strongly preferred;

* USAID experience preferred;

* Cambodian nationals are strongly encouraged to apply

* Spoken and written fluency in English
