The main qualifications for consultancies are a combination of experience and education required by the scopes of work for projects. In general, this professional profile includes:
* 8-10 years of post-graduate field experience, particularly in a developing country context;
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline;
* Professional engineering (PE) license or registration preferred;
* Experience with A&E design in the water and sanitation sector;
* Experience leading A&E design and construction efforts and preparation of related documents;
* Relevant geographic experience in Haiti, the Caribbean, and/or Latin America;
* Experience with donor clients, or with other professional services firms.
* French language skills a plus.
