Tetra Tech, is seeking qualified Technical Specialists to provide technical leadership to an anticipated $50-100 million USAID-funded transboundary waters project in Southern Africa. The purpose of this five-year project is to improve transboundary management and decision making for water, biodiversity and associated natural resources in the Okavango and Limpopo river basins. Working at river basin, catchment, bilateral and multilateral levels, the Resilient Waters Project will build the resilience of communities and ecosystems to adapt to a changing environment and climate.

Tetra Tech is seeking Technical Experts with experience in: water and natural resource management, biodiversity, climate change adaptation, public-private partnerships, community resilience, community mobilization, WASH, governance, and monitoring, evaluation and learning.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor’s Degree in related field, Master’s Degree highly preferred.

*A demonstrated track record of progressively responsible technical experience providing leadership to donor projects with similar complexity, USAID project experience preferred.

*Proven leadership, organizational and writing skills.

*Experience working in Southern Africa.

*Fluent in English (Level IV).
