Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Specialist

Tetra Tech GLS, headquartered in Marlborough, Massachusetts (http:www.tetratechintdev.com/) is currently accepting expressions of interest from qualified candidates for a potential Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Specialist position on an Asian Development Bank (ADB) funded program in Afghanistan. 

 

The program will consist of an ADB-funded feasibility study and alignment recommendation for the reconstruction and renovation of an existing transportation corridor and tunnel in Afghanistan.

 

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and implement a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) program for all aspects of the project that will enable the effectiveness of the project to be assessed, both during implementation and while in service;

* Undertake appropriate baseline surveys for the program;

* Regularly assess the project’s performance against the program, both during and after completion.

 

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related, preferred but not required;

* At least 10 years of experience working on large infrastructure projects;

* Familiarity with donor-funded project, with a preference for experience with ADB;

* Willingness to work within Afghanistan.
