Tetra Tech ARD, headquartered in Burlington, Vermont is currently accepting expressions of interest from qualified candidates for an upcoming local government accountability project in Ghana.

Seeking specialists in the following areas:

* Sub-national Institutional Building

* Public Sector Accountability

* Public Sector Financial Management and Audit (Performance Audit, Internal Audit)

* Social Audit and Social Accountability

* Monitoring and Evaluation

Desired Qualifications:

* Advanced degree in political science, public policy, public administration or a related field

* At least five (5) years of professional experience with local governance and public sector accountability, preferably in several international settings

* Demonstrated experience in one or more of the specialty areas listed above

* Demonstrated experience working with USAID desired

* Prior experience working in West Africa; Ghana preferred

* Ghanaian nationals strongly encouraged to apply
