Multiple Operations/Administrative Specialists, Support to Federalization

Tetra Tech is seeking qualified Administrative Specialists to participate in an upcoming 5-year USAID funded Support to Federalization project in Nepal. This project will provide support to Nepal’s state restructuring and devolution to local bodies by providing support to citizens to access government services and newly elected officials, and supporting local level government to institutionalize citizen participation into new local governance systems, processes, and structures. We are looking for candidates for the following positions:

These are local positions. Only candidates with Nepal citizenship will be considered.


Office Management
Finance and Accounting 
Operations and Logistics
Contracts and Procurement
Human Resources 
Grants Administration
Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)
Communications and Public Outreach
IT and Technical Support

Qualifications: 
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. May substitute years of experience for a degree for some positions.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in one of the desired areas preferred.
Prior experience working on major donor-funded projects; USAID experience a plus. 
Experience working in Nepal and/or South Asia preferred. 
English and Nepali proficiency required.
