Tetra Tech, is currently accepting expressions of interest from qualified candidates for potential technical roles on an anticipated six-year USAID-funded program in Zambia. Tetra Tech ARD has a long history of working in Zambia. We are looking for technical leaders, strong managers, and creative thinkers who work well with public and private sector partners, and who have a passion for and a commitment to improving governance and institutional strengthening for national and local government entities within the context of a larger multi-sectoral effort aimed at reducing stunting in rural areas. 

Areas of Specialization Sought:

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution; Master’s Degree preferred;

·         Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in area of technical expertise;

·         Experience working on international donor funded technical assistance programs required; USAID experience preferred;

·         Professional experience in Zambia is required;

·         Excellent planning, management and organizational skills; demonstrated capacity to quickly assess priorities and opportunities and manage a variety of activities with sufficient attention to detail;

·         Strong leadership, management, supervisory and analytical skills;

·         Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team;

·         Fluency in English is required; excellent presentation, and writing skills in English;

·         Qualified Zambian nationals are particularly encouraged to apply.
