Tetra Tech GLS, headquartered in Marlborough, Massachusetts (http:www.tetratechintdev.com/) is currently accepting expressions of interest from qualified candidates for a Chief of Party (COP) position on a USAID funded program in Haiti. The anticipated duration of this project is approximately six (6) months.
Tetra Tech is supporting USAID with construction oversight for sanitary, drainage, and housing structural repairs at a housing development in northern Haiti.
Responsibilities:
* Manage construction oversight activities, including oversight of local inspector activities;
* Review of contractor submittals, requests for information, payment vouchers;
* Problem solve and provide technical recommendations;
* Prepare weekly and monthly reports on project progress.
Qualifications:
* BS degree in Civil Engineering or architecture;
* Professional Registration;
* 12 years of professional experience including construction oversight and management experience;
* At least 2 years of experience working overseas, preferably in development.
