Tetra Tech ARD, is currently accepting expressions of interest from qualified Director of Administration and Finance (DAF) candidates for the anticipated 5-year USAID-funded Mikajy Activity in Madagascar. The aim of this site-based conservation activity will be to reduce threats to targeted protected areas and High Biodiversity Value (HBV) ecosystems through improved management, increased economic opportunities, access to social services, and support for more secure land and natural resource property and use rights.

Working under the direction of the Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP), the Director of Finance and Administration will be responsible for the project’s financial management and administration while ensuring compliance with USAID and Tetra Tech ARD rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

* University degree or Higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or similar field is required;

* Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Financial Management and Administration;

* Minimum of four years working experience in a senior supervisory role related to accounting, payroll, procurement and logistical support services;

* Work experience providing contractual and financial oversight to USAID-funded projects is required;

* Excellent Organizational Skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment;

* Professional Fluency in both French and English Required; Knowledge of Malagasy is highly recommended;

* Qualified Malagasy Nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.
