Tetra Tech ARD is currently accepting expressions of interest from qualified candidates for Senior Technical Advisors/Specialists on an upcoming USAID Feed the Future program in Cambodia focused on market-based horticulture value chain interventions to increase sustainable economic opportunities, improved inclusive governance and enabling environment for private-sector-led inclusive growth and improved competitiveness of the commercial horticulture sector.

Please note your specialization in the following areas horticulture, agricultural SME strengthening, business enabling environment (BEE), producer association and/or cooperative capacity building, gender/youth integration, access to finance, ICT for development, Market Information Systems, PPP engagement, climate smart agriculture, financial literacy, business development services, monitoring and evaluation, communications, trade, postharvest handling, and/or agricultural market linkages.

Responsibilities:

*Demonstrated expertise in agriculture, horticulture, agribusiness, and/or economics/trade. Particular experience working in the value chains of horticulture, other crops, and aquaculture;

*Additional experience in one or more of the following fields is also expected: agribusiness, agricultural supply chain management, agricultural marketing, value chain development, Agriculture ICT, and/or agricultural credit.

*Management of project activities within their component areas. This will include planning and design of activities, implementation of activities directly through project staff, implementation of project activities through subcontracts and grants, monitoring and reporting on project activities, and management of project budgets; 

*Engage in discussions related to their component areas with stakeholders including USAID and Royal Government of Cambodia officials; 

*Active involvement in implementation of activities in their areas of responsibility including for example development of policy analyses and recommendations;

Qualifications:

*At least five (5-8) years of professional experience in their specific field;

*Experience with a donor-funded project is required;

*Academic degree in a related field, advanced degree preferred;

*Cambodian nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.
