Social and Environmental Specialists

Tetra Tech is seeking qualified Social and Environmental Specialists with at least 5 years of experience for anticipated short-term assignments in developing countries.

 

Interested candidates will have demonstrated experience in one of the following disciplines:

 

* Environmental and Social Impact Assessment / Environmental and Social Management Planning (ESMP)

* Social and Gender Assessment

* Resettlement

* Health and Safety

 

Qualifications:

* A degree in an environmental or social science discipline or relevant field

* Demonstrated experience working on international donor-funded projects; knowledge of IFC Performance Standards and World Bank Operation Policies required

* Experience working on large infrastructure projects

* Demonstrated experience in capacity building, stakeholder engagement, and community planning

* English fluency is required; fluency in French or Spanish is highly desirable
